What if you don't have something I need?
We'll source it. If it's not already in our inventory, we can track it down and add it to your package.
Can you recommend tour staff?
Yes. We have a network of FOH and monitor engineers, tour managers, and merch managers we can point you toward.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver throughout the NYC metro area, including common tour-prep spots like Bandago and Complete Music.
What about tours that don't start or end in NYC?
We have freight partnerships to ship gear where you need it, so we can support tours that begin or end elsewhere.
I'm rehearsing at Ruby Stage. Can you have my gear ready there?
Absolutely. We share a building with Ruby Stage, so we can have your rig set up and ready in the room.
I'm renting lighting from Squeek Lights too. Do I need two pickups?
No. We coordinate with Squeek Lights so your audio and lighting come together in a single, coordinated pickup.
Can I rent audio gear just for a rehearsal at Ruby Stage?
Yes — you can rent audio gear for a rehearsal at Ruby Stage even if you’re not heading out on tour.
What happens if something breaks on the road?
Contact us immediately and we’ll make it right — whether that means troubleshooting, a replacement, or a workaround to get you through the show.
What's covered under warranty for custom builds?
Our custom builds carry a 1-year warranty on Kitzy Sound’s work. Third-party gear within the build is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
